The owner has standards that not everyone can meet. Big deal. He's not expecting more than one person to do it alone, but people to work together and achieve such a goal. He's only using the picture as a guide to the level of quality he is expecting from the builder(s).

    Welcome to the real world.

    Experience:

Through my extensive Minecraft staff recruitment history, I have been hired by many servers of different types, the most common of those being Factions and Survival.
These servers were genuinely not great, they suffered alot in leadership and failed to meet my high standards in servers. They usually failed in the first two-three months of being open because they relied too heavily on donators.

But these servers were but the proving grounds of my minecraft career. They helped me develop a sense of teamwork, maturity and above all else, professionalism. Without these skills to support me, I would have the confidence to start this application. I cannot say that I will live up to every and all of your standards. But, I would like you to know that I will do my very best.

I developed a number of key important skills over my three year Minecraft career.
    1) Customer Service Skills
    2) Conflict Resolvement Skills
    3) A sense of Professionalism, Maturity and Respect.
    4) Some back-end knowledge of the server.
    5) A great deal of knowledge on Minecraft in general
    6) An adept builder (If I don't say so myself!)
    7) The ability to work on my own without supervision
    8) The ability to work in a team of individuals to accomplish goals.
    9) Leadership skills.

Alot of server owners ask me "Why should I bother to consider your application, they're is many more applicants who want the job."

I simply ask that you consider my application because I took the time to click your server recruitment thread and posted a lengthy application. You should have some respect to read it and consider myself worthy of such a position.

All owners are asking the same things "What can you do to make the server better than it currently is?"
    I can do many things.
    1) Form a cooperative and professional group of staff members to administrate the server.
    2) Form a proper chain of command to prevent the server administrators from being bombarded with requests.
    3) Create a system to make sure everyone's request is answered by the appropriate staff member
    4) Provide an appropriate communication tool to make sure staff can work correctly.
    5) Oversee the implementation of new server modes, hubs, builds ect.

    and much, much more.

All I ask is that you consider me!

What position you want: Moderator (I'm going for it!)

Why you want this position: I want this position to help assist the server in its development process and to be apart of the development process, interact with players on an official basis, rather than on an RP basis, communicate and discuss with other staff members on how the server should managed and operated. I also want to further my moderating experience by being apart of your server.

    How old you are: 17.

Previous experience: I have a lot of experience in moderating servers and websites. In doing so, I have collected and fostered the skills needed to be sucessful in all future moderation roles. These skills include

    - Ability to work in a team environment.
    - Able to coherently respond to your requests and commands given by superiors.
    - Able to work without supervision.
    - Great customer service skills.
    - A significant amount of Minecraft server managment and 'back-end' knowledge.
    - An appreciation for Minecraft and all who play it.
    - A high respect for superiors and fellow Minecrafters.
    - Management and human resources skills, such as taking staff records and rolling back any griefing.
    - A significant amount of knowledge on basic plugins such as Towny, Factions, Essentials, WorldGuard and WorldEdit as well as Heroes.
    - Ability to take constructive and even negative feedback about my work.
    - Ability to GIVE constructive feedback.

I started my moderating career in early 2012 as a Junior Moderator for DeltaFactions, I slowly progressed to the rank of Admin, and then the server died due to a lack of donators. I moved on to ApocalpyseGaming as a moderator showing my professionalism and aptitude for learning and my previous moderating experience, I moved up to the rank of Admin after 4 months of being a moderator. Unfourtunely, in my two months of being Admin. The server was hacked and the owner was reluctant to start again. Then, in early 2013. I started my own FTB server using HostLegend for a bunch of mates and I to play on, I couldn't pay for it so I closed it after one month, but it gave me very valuable back-end knowledge on how servers worked. I took a hiatus for over 11 months just being a normal player, and now I want to be a moderator again.

Previous work: (Not needed, but if an Architect wants to link some former builds or something) N/A

Previous RP Experience: Roleplay servers are quite new to me, actually. But I understand the basic and some of the advanced terminolgy and technology that they use to make sure that they're servers are running. I was able to write lore for some servers thanks to my experience at being a World of Warcraft Roleplayer, a big one too.

    Skype (must have): Will PM.
    What position you want: Admin.

Why: You should choose me above all candidates because I am willing to become a committed staff member of your prison server. I am willing to put the time, dedication and hard work in to make sure this prison server doesn't die like the rest of them, that it becomes something unique and special.

Exp: I have alot of experience in the field of server and player management, having ran my own FTB server beforehand. I have recieved critical acclaim from all the people I have worked with previously, having only started my career in server administration two years ago, I may not have as much experience as other people who may apply, but I have the ability to adapt and learn new situations as they present themselves, those server owners who gave me a chance experienced a revival in player satisfaction, but also staff satisfaction as I am a great customer service representative and work well with a team of like-minded indviduals.

As well as working in a team with others and being a great customer service representative, I am very professional, methodical and logical Minecraft player, preferring function over form and achieving the maximum of practicality of a server rather than prioritizing decorating and beautifying a project, that comes second to any big project.
