Communities/Video Really Need Some Feedback!!!

It might help if you turn the audio up just a little on your videos. Getting a intro would help you a lot in the long run as well. I mean please find me one gaming youtuber with 10k subs who doesn't have one. Like I've said to many people trying to get big posting more often might help. I'm not saying I'm some big time youtuber but, I get the amount of views your channel currently has in a day.(not intended to be an insult)

Uploading videos a little more often might help. Maybe twice a week? Also, consider expanding and doing videos on other games. Happy Wheels maybe? Getting a established intro might help you in the long run as well. My biggest tip is not saying um as much. You say it way too much.

Personally I have found these work out pretty well.
- Tons of tags relating to your video(basically has a higher chance of appearing in searchs and related videos)

-Variety(This has actually been what seems to be helping me the most)

-Consistent Uploads(I try to upload 3-5 videos a week on weekdays)

-Good Channel Graphics(My graphics aren't the greatest but, I'm waiting on a friend to rework them. People are more likely to take you seriously if you have good graphics)

The most important thing

- Make sure your videos are something you would want to watch(If you would be bored watching your videos chances are other people will be as well)

I only have four videos uploaded currently for Minecraft but, I intend to upload at least two more next week. I am mainly a WWE Games series guy but, I am trying to branch out and make videos for other games.
