Why would you like to be mod: (Answer) I would like to be mod on your server because I really like helping others out. It makes me feel good and I get to interact with new people every time. I really like to see servers grow with the players from the very beginning. I want to make sure that your server is a place where players feel safe and don't have to worry about problems like hacking and rule breakers.

What do you think the duties of a mod are?: (Answer) I have a pretty good understanding that mods or moderators are supposed to monitor the players actions on the server. They are supposed to make sure that when players need help with something, they get the help they need. They are supposed to correct the wrong doings of others and to make sure the players don't repeat the same wrong doing in the future. They are supposed to make sure that the server is a friendly environment for all, this includes welcoming all newcomers, and being open to conversations of all sorts with players.

Why should we accept your mod application?: I believe you should accept my application because I am a person who tries their best in everything they do. I am a friendly guy, but I will set people straight if I have to. I am as reasonable as I can be when it comes to situations regarding players, and I try to take their point of view into consideration as well. I like to have some fun now and then, but I know when to set jokes aside and when to put priorities first. I want to make this server as successful as it can be.

What is your age?: (Don't lie) I am 14.

Have you ever been banned?: The only times I have been banned were because of misunderstandings among me, and the person who banned me. When I was banned on a kit-pvp server, someone thought I was hacking, I explained to an admin that I had known for a while (Micah_A), that another admin had banned me. I was then unbanned because Micah had known me for a while and he knew I didn't hack. I was just good at pvp.

Have You ever been a mod?: Yes, on a few servers before but they closed down for some reason.

Have you ever abused/greifed using your powers?: No, I really feel bad for the people who are griefed. I never grief because I think that if I was that other person, would I want to be griefed by someone else? It would mean all of the hard work the people put in the server would have gone to waste. I don't want that to happen.

I am a pretty good builder. I have a lot of experience moderating players. I can spot a hacker in a flash and I know most, if not, all the basic commands that are needed to keep players on track. I am really good with chatting with other players and solving situations. That's the main reason why I would like to become moderator, it's because I really enjoy helping others as it benefits both me, and the player. He/she gets their problem solved, and I get just that much more knowledge for the future and a feeling of accomplishment when I help someone. I want to put my experience to good use. I will do whatever that is in my power to help the server be as successful as it can be.

To be honest, there was one kit-pvp server that I was banned on, because one of the newer admins thought I was hacking.. But later on, I informed another admin that had known me for some time, and he un-banned me. Were you once a staff of your/someones server?: Yes. Back in the day, I was staff on several servers. I don't know exactly how many times I have been staff, but I know I have been put in just about every position from moderator to co-owner. On one server, I was promoted to Senior Admin for the dedication I had put into the server.

Are you committed to join our team?: Absolutely. I will do whatever it takes to make this server as successful as it can be.

Are you available at 8:30am to 3pm: I will be available (EST Zone) with this time schedule for the next 2 weeks and summer break. However, I will most likely not be available with this schedule on school days, seeing as school starts at 8:15 and ends at 3:00pm for me.

Go through the steps for a MUTE/KICK: Well here are some scenarios:
(Mute) - If a player is spamming, using foul language, being disrespectful to others, or using excessive caps lock even after several warnings.
(Kick) - If a player intentionally decides to disrupt order on the server, or if they are repeatedly not following server rules. [The causes may vary depending on the server rules].

What would you do if there was a hacker?: I would tell the person to quite hacking. If they continued, I would ban their IP address. Or to some extent, white list the server in serious cases.

If there was racism/profanity/sexist language etc. what would you do?: I would first warn the players of their wrong doing, and if it continues, there would be a temporary mute. If it still continues afterwards, the player would be kicked. If it happens one more time, then I would temp ban them and talk to the owner for a perm ban.

What are your strong points?: I really enjoy helping others. At all costs, I will put things aside to attend to a player. I am also pretty knowledgeable of in game commands of all sorts. I have a good past experience with plugins such as LogBlock, WorldEdit, WorldGuard, and GroupManager. I will do whatever is needed at the time in the server.

What are your weak points or points you want to improve on?: I am pretty well rounded overall. If I had to choose, my weak points would be coding and complex plugins.

Do you have experience on a RPG server?: I have had some. It is fairly new to me but not totally. There was an RPG server I was demi god on and we had some fun with it.
