Sadly at the time there is no more room in the budget to hire someone, so not denied, but cant Accept on those terms

My name is Justin and my in game name is xMrArnoldx. Im a 19 year old Information Technology and Business Major. I'm no developer but I have a lot of history with managing plugins, permissions using world edit and almost all major plugins and helping run smallish servers. I used to go through reddit and look for small servers that needed help starting up whether it was permissions, building or plugins, and then help them get up and going, But now I am looking for a permanent server to help. I've logged over 4k hours in Minecraft since I started almost 6 years ago and am looking to get back into Minecraft after the last server I was with randomly shut down. I have team-speak and Skype, and if the server got going enough I could give you my cell number so you could text me in more important situations.
If you have any questions feel free to ask.

Position:
What's your expertise in helping? Ive helped manage plugins and get them to all work together and set them up, ive helped build major parts of servers, helped get permissions set up and so on and so forth

What are your experience of staff? Ive Been a Head Admin on a server for a while before the owner shut it down for lack of money, Ive also been a general admin while i did most my temp help.

Have you ever been banned before? If so why? never

Scenario:
What would you tell somebody who has asked you to unban their friend?

In my expiereince most servers that are well ran had an appealing process, when asked to do this you help guide them to submit and appeal then their friend will be unbanned if staff so sees that as the right choice, if not they stay banned

How would you answer a player who has asked you to check out a grief?

If you Have time you TP to them and check it out, if not, get what needs to be done and tell them youll be their ASAP and the go check it as soon as possible

How would you handle a player that is being disrespectful to another player?

First step is to talk to them directly and try to get them to stop with our punishing, then if they still dont you start with small punishments like small jail time or temp mutes, and work your may to bigger things if the continue.

What would you do if you see a Staff member abusing his powers?

you report it to a higher staff member like the owner or head admin

- About yourself: Freshman in college, majoring in Information Technology with a double minor in computer science and business. Not much to me currently with college being my main thing, i play quite a bit of PC games, looking to find a good minecraft server to help grow that I also enjoy playing on

- Skype (Yes/No) (Username?) Yes, will be given if accepted, not going to post for other people to see

- Why should you be (Admin)? Ive now been playing minecraft for 4 years, going on 5, I have massive amount of history with managing pluggins of all sorts such as factions, world edit, pex, group manager, world guard, and so on and so forth. I was a head admin on a server for a while with a steady player base before it shut down due to lack of donations. I am Honest, good with people and generally am able to do any task i need to do well.

- Anything we should know about you? Not only can i perform normal tasks of being an admin, other than writing actual plugins i can do deeper tasks a Dev would do as well, Im able to manage any amount of plugins and permissions files to keep them efficient and doing their job, able to sort out almost any bug that occurs between plugins. Im also able to find issues that can arise before they are an issue so that we can stop it from causing trouble. Such as the spawn on your server needs to be flagged for no Pvp because currently you can hurt other players there. Then I am also a great builder and can do amazing building projects as well.

- Availablility (how often can you be on): Currently with college i have more free time than i know to do with so i can dedicate as much time as need be
