What am i applying for? Head-Admin / Admin
How long can i play daily? 3-5 hours a day
What would I do if another staff needs help? I would, personally, try to help the other staff out,I wouldn't take the problem into my own hands, I would just help them, so they can learn from the experience.
What do I do if a player needs help? I would NOT give them items if they asked for it, but i will point out where the items are located (excluding bases) ex. Strongholds, dungeons and give them info about the item.
Or, if its something else, just politely help them with it, being as kind and careful as i could, if i did something wrong, i would apologize and retrieve items/bases that i ruined.
Would I Ban or Kick for Spamming? I would warn the first time, second time warn and if he continues mute him, Third time warn and if he continues,make an extended mute, 4th time kick if he doesn't stop and 5th time temporary ban.
Ban or kick for hacking? If its a non-serious hack for factions, ex. fun mods, brightness, just kick, if its in the possibly serious zone, ex. spammer, accepttpas, auto fish, I would temporary ban, depending on the hack, and if its in the serious zone, ex.Flight, Kill aura, Anti-Knockback, Bow aimbot, I would most certainly ban him if i have permission of a staff rank that is higher than my rank.

How long have I been building? I have been building for 2 years now, I love it just as much as administrating, sometimes you get to help or make a spawn, you can be creative!
How long have i been Moderating/Administrating? I have been administrating for 3 years, I love to be kind and it is my passion is to be peaceful and nice to EVERY player that joins the server ( including staff of course )
