What makes Admin a position you would apply for? I played in servers and worked for servers. From past experience helping players was a big priority. Helping other player is a very good deed as you help some one in return good things will occur.

A staff member is not doing their job. They have the same rank as you. You can not kick or ban this person because it will not let you. The owner is not on, and the server is being ruined because of this person. In your words, what do you think would be the best solution to this problem would be?
Create a special jail for staff that once your sent there you can't get out until the owner is online to talk.

What makes you better than other individuals that are applying for your same position? I have lots of patience as in life I work in a shoe store, which i was taught to have patience with customers and not to argue or complain but to help the customer in any shape of sort.

Previous Experience: Worked back in 2012 as a helper in a faction server which shut down after 4 months. Moved on to a MOD on a survival server which had fun moderating for 3 months before being promoted to ADMIN for 5 months till the server was bought by another person. I got hired as a event cord in a hub server which was a fun position as my creavitiy was nice during the holidays but i quit due to a Head Admin opening in a SG server which got fun as building to maps with hints and booby traps.

What makes a server different than others?
Creativity and all possible services available to players.

What kinds of ideas on the top of your mind right now could improve our server?
Server recruitment party's. Gives away.

What kinds of events would you plan for our server if you had the job?
Server Recruitment, staff party's. Holidays events. Fundraisers.

Players like events. A server is boring if it stays the same for a long period of time. As a event coordinator, you are giving the builders plans on what to build. Your position is very important. This way, the server grows and is unique. You can also map out plugins and builds for yourself. As an event coordinator, what kinds of things would you add to our server to make it "unique"?
I would make builders set up area of the server to the certain event. Like past now for valentines, I would of made the builders build hearts, decorate the floor with red and pink clay. Make and arc of red and pink blocks. Leave signs with love messages.

Skills: I have been a staff member for 2.5 years now. I have mostly more experience being a head-admin, admin and a Dev. I have my inspiration time when i feel like doing coding or modifying a plugin. I have lots of patient i'm very loyal and honest. If there were a hacker on i would jail him for a week or temp ban. Everyone in life needs a second chance. If it were a griefer i would mute them and jail them for a day. I nice to player but i get very serious doing my job.

Experience with plugins: I know how to set them up but do not know really how to create one.

Why should we choose you: I should be chosen because im experienced with higher ranks as admin, head admin even an assistant Dev. I have a lot of patient especially with ignorant people. Why do you want staff: I want this rank because i want to help the community make a difference and have a good time on a good server with amazing staff and community, and also to be able to make a server that is new into server with plenty of people that are having fun. Since i have a lot of spare time since it summer.

Why should we have you as staff: You should have me as staff because i have potential to bring success to this server and I have a lot of maturity and a lot of patient especially with ignorant players.

What would you do if you saw a:
Hacker: I would investigate what is happening then i would take it case by case what are doing would be categorize by level of hack then the punishment will be determine.

Xrayer: Same as i said with the hacking, but this time they would jail for the first two warnings then temp ban,

Spammer:They would be kick-First warning, then jail second warning, ban - third warning.

Advertiser:Automatic jail or ban depending what they are adverting for.
