Plugin exp: (1-10, give examples if you know specific ones) 9, most basic plugins like essentials, etc. and I also know towny, factions, permissionsEx, Group manager, some trolling plugins, but I know a lot, and the ones I don't know, I'll go into my bukket tab and look up plugins, I can edit and enhance plugins (only if access to console, obviously...) But I can't make plugins.
Server Management exp: (1-10, Give a 2-3 sentence answer about your previous experiences.) 10. I chose 10 because I've been mod on very strict modded servers, I know how to control the people, keep them calm, and follow orders, or they will get there needed punishment. Also, I've owned a server for 6 months (I will write the story at the end about it) and have been co-owner, so I know management pretty well.
How long can you play each day: 5-12 hours
Why I should hire you: I work hard, I know how to follow direct order, I am funny but serious when needed. Also, I will work my butt off to fix any errors needed in the server, and help anyone in need. I will keep the chat under control, and do my steps of punishments. I will make sure that the owner is happy and that the owner gets what he wants, a perfect server, and a perfect admin(:

There are people on the server spawn killing and griefing. What would you do?
This could be a signal of DDOS hack (if at main spawn), and so which I would kick all players, and if commands are aloud, shutdown server, and tell the owner (you) right away. (I'm going to say "he or him" for an example) But if it was there own like spawn in a wilderness, pvp area, faction, towny with pvp, etc. Then I would kick the player saying "Spawn killing/griefing is prohibited, if he continues to do so, I would kick him again saying "Last warning" and if he STILL continued, I would jail him for 2 hours, and if he DOES IT AGAIN, I would perm mute, and if he still continued...then the ban hammer has spoken.
A staff member below you is abusing his/her powers. What would you do?
If a staff member is abusing there powers, I would warn then that they need to stop with the abuse, and tell them what they're abusing. And if they still continued, I would ban the player for 2 days (Until you get on), or if I have OP, then I would demote the player, and take his Moderator Rank Badge, off of his chest!
A staff member Above you is abusing his/her powers. What would you do?
If a staff member above me is abusing there powers, I would report straight to a higher rank or you. I would also warn them beforehand that that's abuse of power, but I will be aware to be kicked or told that I can't tell them what to do.
A person is hacking. What would you do?
If a person is hacking, its probably a DDOS hack, I would stop the server, and lock the console, and if necessary, ban the ip address of the player, and the player. Afterwards, I would report it straight to you.
I'm not on, and the you are the only staff member on. People are spamming chat and cussing at you. What would you do?
I would do my list of punishments:
1. Warning
2. Kick telling there reason
3. Kick final warning
4. Mute 10m (For spammers and cussing)
5. Mute 1hr
6. Mute 3d
7. Perm Mute
8. If they break a rule while muted, its a perm mute and 3d jail
Now my extra story:
I used to be co-owner and owner of a server, here is my story: Well, here is a experience that I liked, but I hate it, because of something that happened in this, here is the story: So I had a server for 6 months (Private) and I just started learning plugins after days and days of hosting it on my wifi, and it was so crappy, my friend..well, old friend (always in my heart he will be my buddy), invited me to join his server and be co-owner, so I did and I learned everything for that year and 9 months, but then.. he got cancer in August (I forgot the day) and then he had to cancel the server because he couldn't pass the console down to me when his parents were paying for the host... but then.... he died, November 22nd 2013, the doctors didn't know he had that bad of cancer. And that's my story..
