Answer the following questions truthfully:
- a new player joins the server and is apparently lost, how will you react?
I would guide them towards all the points of interests at spawn (Warps, shop, ect)
or if they were lost in the wild i would offer to tp them to spawn or to were they set home
(if you can do that)
- a player seems to have trouble with faction commands, what will you do?
I would tell them the command they want to know and explain to them they can find a list
of faction commands by (insert where you have a list of faction commands, either as a
chat command or a wall of signs)
- a player apparently created a faction but is still marked as a newcomer, what means do you have to help him?
I can manually change him from newcomer to the proper title.
- a player is troubling other players or is disobeying the rules, how will you react?
Warn him and keep him in close observation, and if he does not stop jail him and
report to admin for ban.
- what else comes to your mind that a moderator absolutely needs to be able to do?
I think a moderator absolutely needs to know how to catch hackers/greifers and they need to know how to deal with them.
