Have you ever coordinated a group of people before?: Yes
Why do you want to become an head-mod?:
I would like to help enforce rules on your server while working along other players and helping them. I also wish to help your server/ server community grow.
Why do you deserve to become an head-mod?:
I believe I deserve to become a Head-Mod because I enjoy helping players, being nice to everyone, and maintaining a very satisfying level of maturity.
Why do you believe you can handle the head-mod?:
I can handle the Head-Mod position because I have run my own server before and had lots of experience with the responsibility of helping other players and maintaining the server rules.
Experience: I ran my own server for over a year. I was also an admin of a server until the owner sold it.
Plugin config abilities: Lots. Configured every single plugin for my server. (Residence. Hunger games, No cheat plus, etc.)
Additional Information and abilites:
Redstone ability: 8/10
Building/Creative ability: 7/10
Rule enforcing ability: 9/10
Scenarios : A user comes on the server and claims he is from planet minecraft. He asks to be opped, so he can perform a review. What do you do? I would not give him op.
A user claims another user is hacking. What do you do?:
I would check the situation out and check for the different ways of hacking (x-ray holes, noswing, flying) before jailing, banning, or doing anything.
A user hacks in front of your eyes, and uses the excuse "we must be lagging". What would you do?:
It depends what kind of hacking it was. If it was x-ray, I would ban him (or what the server punishments state for x-raying). For anything else I would run /lag and look at the ticks per second, then I would go into vanish and see if he is hacking or not. If he is, I would follow the server's punishment rules (ban, kick, or jail).
