What skills do you have to offer the faction? I like brewing, usually im the mass potion maker lol. I'm also good at archery, (give me a good bow, I'll get some kills lol). I'm also good at collecting exp to enchant items. which i will then donate to other players. I'm also good with redstone, not the best, but good.
