What Are You Applying For: Head Admin/Admin
Why Should I Add You: There are distinct reasons why I should be staff on your server.
1. Experience:
As a past server owner (Thunder Craft for 6 months with a steady server player base of 40 players, and an admin on 2 past servers for 8+months each (Splatter Craft and Morph Craft) I am not only experienced with plugins and mechanics but I see that there is much more than that in keeping players on your server, and creating a good experience when a player joins your server. Though I am extremely deft in the mechanics of running a server and plugins etc... I believe a bigger job in being a staff member is showing care, and an overall work ethic for the server. Unlike other staff members I get to work when i join the server. While still helping players out as nice as i can, I build most of my time, and play games the minority of the time. Players on a server need to feel like this is not only a server for a game, but a world they can escape to. I know it sounds cheesy but that is my goal in creating a server.
2. Work Ethic
Now to expand on what I talked about in the experience portion, I spend the vast majority of my time on a server building and expanding the server and decreasing its needs. I will not only do whatever you need me to, but I will do it smiling and willfully. I like to feel as if I am making something for other people to enjoy, I love to feel like other people enjoy my work etc... so I spend most of my time building and helping players.
3. Comradery
Though this is not thought of usually when adding staff, I believe this is such a large part of being a team that I had to include it. As a team of staff working together, it is always fantastic to have guys you work with that you love to go onto the server and see there. I love to build with other people and share ideas, and I believe I am very good at making friends on servers!

What Can You Do:
Building:
Building is the reason I love minecraft. I am extremely detailed in my work and have built large structure with building teams on my old server. As an artist in many ways, the reason I love minecraft is to feel proud of work I make, and have other players love it as well
Redstone:
Redstone is one of my biggest qualities as a builder and staff member. I have 2 years of experience making large redstone structures, and I believe myself to be better than many of most likely your favorite youtubers. Anything you need built engineering wise I can usually make it happen. I have built numerous minigames with this knowledge that seem to be great successes on the servers I have previously been staff on. My engineering brain helps me in numerous ways.
Minigame Building:
I am very experienced in building minigames from the ground up with just redstone, or with plugins. Minigames have become one of minecrafts biggest things recently, and I seem to be great at building them. I put together my redstone knowledge, building detail, and experience in plugins to build things you have only dreamed of.
How Long Can You Be On:
Most of the day 7 days a week.
Are You Goofy:
For sure dude haha. I love to have fun its what brings the comradery aspect of my application into play and if you dislike this aspect in me, Im not sure what to do because having fun with my fellow staff members is great.
Why Do You Deserves This:
I believe that my strong work ethic makes me a very good candidate for this staff position. All of my individual aspects put together make me a great staff member and I think I could really help your server.
What Is The Best Time For You To Get On:
I can get on whatever time you need me to!
 What Would You Do If :
-Someone Is Spamming The Chat? MuteÂ
-Someone Is Advertsing? Most large servers ban on an advertisement but that is up to you. I would most likely temp ban
-Someone Is Cussing? I don't see cussing to be too big of an issue on servers unless it is so out of hand that younger players would want to leave. If so I would mute for however long the situation required
-Someone Is Getting Threatned? This is a serious matter and depending on their threatening I would tempban from 1-7 days or mute
-Someone Is Disobeying A Staff? Depending on what the staff is asking the player to do I would most likely tempban for under a day.
What Would You Do If
-Someone Says There Hacking? I would first of all use /v and watch the player, if he was in fact hacking, due to the server rules I would ban him most likely.
-You See Someone Greifing? I would tempban most likely 1 week
-You See Greifing? same as last one
-If Someone Says This Sucks? Leave them alone, their opinion is fine unless they take it too far and spam it, in this case i would mute 1 hour.
What Would You Do If
-Someone Asked For Helped: Help them of course! as I said in step 1 my motivation is to make the players smile!
-If I Said Can You Help Me: My work ethic for making this server fantastic and beautiful is very strong. I would do anything you need me to with a smile on my face.
-If A Staff Neded Help.: Just as the last two I stated, I would help gladly. Staff is supposed to work as a team, as i said in my comradery portion of step 1
-Im New Can you Show Me Around:
(If i was not busy working) Of course. "Have you read the rules and serverbasis yet?" (If yes) Great. (I would then show them through the spawn, and most of our warps. (Now if I was very busy) "Sorry I am extremely busy right now making this server better for everyone! But I have a mod here named _____ who could definitely show you around. _____ could you show him around?"
-Are There Shops:
"Yes there are shops in the survival/towny world, if you need help using them just ask me or one of my fellow staff andf we will gladly help."
-Can Someone Help Me. Im Stuck:
(tp to player to check if actually stuck) "Here I'll help you" (tp themto nearest location that will get them unstuck without them having an advantage at all) If they are asking to tp them because they would like to get into a base I would give them a warning.
-Someone Is Greifing My Home. Please Help
(If griefing is allowed) "Sorry man but in survival mode griefing is allowed. You need to stop him yourself."
(If griefing isn't allowed) (tp to player to see griefer) "Griefing isn't allowed on this server." (Tempban from 1-3 days depending on situation) (Use a rollback plugin to rollback his house's radius to before it was griefed
-Stop It, now. Please Stop
(I don't quite understand this one) "I'm sorry _____ if you dislike our staff methods I don't know what to tell you. All I am trying to do is keep our server secure. I am sorry if you think what I'm doing is unfair."
-Why Is There No Player Shops
"At the time being, our staff team is working as hard as it can on multiple different things we have planned for this server. At the moment we may not have player shops because it is not our top priority, but if we think the time is right we will implement this into the game and hopefully you will be notified .
-Theres A Hacker In The Hunger Games. Hes Flying
(tp to player) "what is the hacker's name?" (tp to hacker. If he is flying /ban immediately because hacking is not allowed on our server)

"Yes there certainly is! At our hub there is a portal to the creative world. If you need help finding it just tell me"

"Yes, we have a survival/towny world. If you use /hub you can find the portal there, i can also help you find it if you need."
-How Many Mini Games Are There
