Age:I'm 11. Yep. It doesn't seem like it, I know. But don't decline me just because of that. I'm very mature and when you're working with me, it won't even seem like I'm a "kid." I hope that you understand.
What position are you applying for?:Staff - Lore Writer (if there are spots available)
What experience do you have in the position?:I have been admin/moderator on multiple Minecraft servers, and I have also been an owner, so I have some experience with being a staff member.
I like to create backstories and myths and that sort of thing for fantasy worlds and I feel like I can do that for Minecraft also. I can work on describing items and mobs and really anything like that. I've never worked as a 'Lore Writer' but I understand how to do that job and I think I could.
Please include some examples of your work:I write stories. Here, have a sample from one of mine:
I brush my hair away from my eyes and notch an arrow in my bow. I pull the bowstring back and prepare to let the arrow slip when some noise startles the deer I’m hunting. Fox? I think. Or maybe some other predator? There aren’t many predators in this part of the forest, so I dismiss the thought. But something must have startled it… I sneak over to where the deer is now, careful not to snap any twigs with my feet. The deer is in some kind of a den, among some fawns. They must be her children. Suddenly I feel bad about ever trying to kill this deer. But I need a source of food. I decide to head back to my camp where my mother and my little sister will be waiting. Waiting for me to bring some food back. Uh-oh. I want to find food for them, but I realize it’s slowly turning to night, the sun hiding behind the cloudy, star-speckled sky. I won’t have much time to hunt. We have berries and nuts back at the camp, but that won’t be enough for an adequate dinner. Maybe there will be enough time for me to gather some edible plants.
