Spot you are applying for?: Mod or Admin, your choice depending on how well done you think my application is.
How long can you be on each day?: At least an hour, but around two or three.
Past staff experience: I have been a Mod three times and an Admin once, I have also been a Helper once, Almost all of those servers but two (The Admin and one of the Moderator positions) have been since shut down due to unknown reasons. :/
Time playing minecraft: I have been playing since alpha but have like six different account (Never knew you could change your name back then. haha)
How would you handle chat problems(Spammers,fights,etc)?: Well with spammers I would give them two warnings, something like: "[InsertNameHere] please stop spamming the chat! Thank you!" Then if they do it again I would give them a final warning like: "Final warning, please stop swearing please! Thank you." Then I would take appropriate action depending on the rules. (Most of the time it's like an hour mute or something similar)
How would you handle hackers/griefers/etc: Well hackers is an instant ban if I absolutely know they are hacking. But if it is a sketchy hack I would record it and review it then ban if they were hacking. But griefers, as for them I would take a appropriate action because I honestly never know what to do with them, I would just act on what the server rules would be for them. (All servers are different that is why.) But usually I tell them to rebuild whatever they broke and return anything they stole. (But obviously you can steal on this server.)
Tell us why you want to be staff: I just would like to help out the server, I would like the make it as enjoyable as possible for all players and to rid it of the toxic (Rule breakers) players who make it not as enjoyable.
Why we should pick you?: I feel as though I would be a great addition to the team. I am very polite, I am honest, thoughtful, and attentive. I always listen to the issue at hand and solve as best and as fair as possible no matter what or who it is. I always give people the utmost respect no matter who they are. And I always think before I act so I am not like those people who ban and ask questions later.
