Try to turn off V-Sync and limit fps at 60 fps

Go to C:\Users\<Your Username>\AppData\Local\Packages\Microsoft.MinecraftUWP_8wekyb3d8bbwe\LocalState\games\com.mojang\minecraftpe\option.txt

Find "gfx_sync" then set it from 1 to 0

Then fine "gfx_max_framerate" and set the number to 60
This may fix your input delay

No because Render Dragon make my keyboard and mouse have a huge input delay

Yes my dad bought this laptop on 2011 for his work and not for gaming so obliviously he will choose the specs that are enough for his work.
He's planning to buy me a new PC when Windows 11 fully released and the minimum system requirements for Windows 11 is a 7th gen Intel CPU (for now idk about AMD) so the performance will be a huge improvement from me who are using a 2nd gen CPU. I guess I'll just stick to Bedrock Edition before I get a new PC:D

Yes! My dad is planning to buy me a new PC when Windows 11 full release so the CPU must be 7th gen or above (maybe)
