i want a cake on a plate, put directly in my hands, not upside down or sideways for either the plate or the cake, and the cake must be chocolate frosting, and the batter to also be chocolate, and Completely fresh, i want the cake in exactly 2 minutes from now.

No, you cant upload skins to consoles, only PC, windows 10, and pocket edition. but with some modification you could somehow get a skin on a console on someway, I think its possible, its just hard to find a good way for this to work
