I'll be honest, in recent years I have not been playing much Minecraft and I know this sounds awful but the last time I was in any sort of staff position was when I was 14. Anyhow, I've been in all sorts of staff positions for mainly small servers. Yes, they did all die off - not due to my fault, though. I've been regarded as a great Mod, Admin, Helper etc.
I bought Minecraft back in 2012, and I know this game and its mechanics pretty well. Not only do I know the mechanics well, but I also know how to apply certain mechanics to make building and general administration a fun time for all.
I know how to manage people, and deal with them in a calm and professional manner. I've mitigated many arguments in the past and I know how to calm people down. I know how to use many plugins - I'll be honest once again, not as well as I probably think I do, due to lack of gameplay in recent years.
Overall, I believe that I should be accepted because of my knowledge of how do deal with angry and toxic players and mitigate arguments. Not only that, I also can reach peaceful resolutions and know when it is time to throw the ban hammer (only in extreme cases.)
