It all depends for instants my mod has been up for a couple of days now and still needs the green light but it can take from about 1 day to 2 weeks it all depends on how many people uploaded stuff you are placed in a queue and the moderators go down the line of people ether approving or disapproving the content. so basically anywhere from 1 day to 2 weeks hope that helped!
