How much time per day: I can contribute to atleast 6 hours during the weekend and holidays. During the school days I can contribute to atleast 3 hours and more a day.
Managing Players:
I have been staff for servers before on small servers and especially being staff on a big network Reactivemc OPFactions Mystic, where I was a trial with a PVP Mod prefix, this meant I was in charge of pvp and spend loads of hours watching people pvp and catching hackers and pvp abusers. From this I have become very familiar with all the different types of hack clients, which the two mains on that is the normal hack client and the ghost client. The Ghost Clients are the hardest ones to catch because they tend to use triggerbot and with the normal ones they use mainly KillAura. I have Owned servers before and have coded them with my advanced plugin managing skills and configuring configs, with being very active and not taking a break from developing them.
Recent Experience:
I would appreciate being Co-Owner and Developer because I have 2 years experience playing Minecraft, since I got my account for my Birthday back in 2013. I have lived all over the world, which includes 6 different countries, England, Hungary, South Africa, Malaysia, Australia and United Arab Emirates. From living in all these different countries I have learned that the way I live and brought up is different from others and this can also be caused by the neighbourhoods that I have lived in. I have also learn't the different ways of living and different types of cultures there are in the world, which can give me advantage of understanding people because of the way they could have been brought up. In my past I have been bullied because of my height, which that doesn't affect me much anymore. I have experience with developing servers, with managing plugins to an advanced standard and also being able to manage configs. I have worked with plugins such as Advanced Bans, Crates Plus, WorldEdit, World Guard, Essentials, PermissionsEX, Group Manager, Citizens. I enjoy helping people especially throughout Minecraft and gaming communities, which is a thing that I always am capable of doing.
