Why you want the position: I own 2 server shatteredmc.com and survival.shatteredmc.com. I know pretty much every command and i have a lot of exp dealing with people. Like i said i run two servers. One has about 40-70 people on at peak hours. This comes with a bunch of responsibility which i would love to show on you fantastic server
Banned:Honestly i have been banned several times
Reason for being banned: Xray and fly hacks. I'm pretty sure at least. But these are essentials for admins.
Maturity Level: 7-10 Depending on the maturity level needed in the situation.
How do you deal with new members:First of all welcome them, then Ask them if there is any info they might need to know before starting. Also ask if they came from mcforums or pmc to possibly get them to bump or diamond the server:) which always helps out
