Turned yourself into any programming languages?: I don't really know that much about programming but I know a lot about W/e and MultiVerse c:
How would You handle disciplining a hacker?: Hmmm... I'd probably first check out what the Hacker had done. If it is serious then I would ban but if it was very minor (And i mean VERY minor) then it would probably a temp ban for a week or something. But if they did it again then it would be a full Ban. Also, I would warn the other Admins/Mods about him/her and to keep an eye out.
Why should I pick You?: I have had experience in building/managing a server before. I enjoy working with other people and I LOVE brain-storming ideas! I have experience with W/e and Multiverse, so you wouldn't have trouble teaching me about that.

Tell me more about yourself(Got Skype?, personalities, hobbies and so on..): My favorite kind of servers are Hub servers. I find them to be a great way of attracting different kinds of people! One person may like Hunger games while another likes Skyblock, but they would both join the Hub one to play them! My favorite theme for a server is Mythical (Fantasy) or Skylands and my favorite kind of server is one with RPG c:
