Yep there is a plugin that does this its called Essentials if Essentials doesn't do the job then try to go to the essentials folder and then press motd.txt and then copy and paste what it says here

Your Lucky I have mac so now this is how you go to your worlds Go to the any folder
and then go to Library then there should be a folder called 'Applecation support' then there should be a .minecraft folder then go to saves Now your done here is your worlds
