almost 12 hours at most but 2 hours is most probably the least.

No but I am trusted by most staff on other servers, never been banned, etc.
Situation:
someone says another admin is griefing and you have proof
I would only report this information privately to the owner after I have spoken to the admin and will also speak to that "someone" to get both sides of the situation.
