Hi I'm Zhing Hont, I love making mc skins as It'll be easier to draw the character on my sketch book :).

I give diamonds to skins contents that amaze or are purely skilled.
I give hearts to skins that are funny, creative or note-worthy for me to implement this technique in future skins.

I despised skins that are not filled up in the first/core layer unless it's for a funny reason. WHY, thou mayest ask thyself?
Reason 1: shows the person being lazy or lack of skills/ skill issue XD. Not being able to creatively fill out the spot very disappointing :(.
Reason 2: you can't load the skins in some servers or versions :(
