Experience: I have been staff on multiple servers, ranks including: Owner, co owner, admin, warden, moderator, builder, etc.
Other Info: I would be glad with staff or builder because i have been both so i would am fine in either, this way if you do accept me you can place me where needed. I am skilled in both but i am leaning a little but more towards staff in skill. Exactly. I can't imagine as many people wanting to judge constant project contests. It would be very difficult to do.

I don't understand how you got that from these comments. They are simply saying majority of pmc enjoy skinning more. So naturally more contests are held. If you have more map projects over skins contests would be less consistent. They do not ignore the map makers either, you can't expect every project to be a building one. I am sure skinners feel the same when building contests are live due to the sheer amount of time it takes. If you are a map maker i would recommend you get your work known, go get some servers to display your work. Yes, i love pmc contests, but they are not the only thing that you have to submit your work to. Just consider expanding your skills if you enjoy pmc contests more. That's my suggestion. Thanks

Why You Would Like To Be That Position: I would like any position honestly. I only say this because i have been every position. I feel as if i could honestly contribute equally in any section and would really like to help.

Experience: I have been staff on many servers including positions such as: Server Owner, Admin, Warden, Co owner, Builder, Moderator, and a few other server specific ranks. I am good with regions, building, and know some plugins very well.

Pardon my opinion but i find an age requirement, especially 15 or under, a bit stupid. You are really limiting the people who could help you and cutting down on a big section of older people who are more skilled. If you really want a good mini game or map build that is my opinion. But hey, do what you see best. I wish you the best of luck. But i would suggest you allow ANYONE to help you if you really want the help.

Well. The price would honestly be up to you. Take what you said what 3$ an hour? and then calculate up a price that you think you would work for. Then get an offer from the server owner. Do not let the owner make you tell him/her what you think. You need a basis for what their ideal price is then meet in the middle. This about all i can tell you on price without knowing the specifics and contribution of each person to the job. Hope this can resolve your problem.

Do you mean a place to put up a download link for your project? If you do i would recommend using Mediafire. I used it for all my projects. Not sure if there are many better ones that i know of but thats just my suggestion.

Well despite whether he is "willing" to pay or not just try and see about the partnership. From a business standpoint (if you are only in it for the money) this is more profitable. But if you are still going by only being payed may i say that getting payed by the hour is not really dependable. Sometimes you may be working but it wouldnt be a solid hour just an hour. Try to work out a price for the entire job. Not an hourly wage deal. This would be better and if you would rather not partner up it is the smarter way.

Hmmm. This is a interesting problem. Well in all honesty i would probably not charge. I know thats most likely what you dont want to hear but if you really like what you do you should not have to charge right off the bat unless the owner is really wanting to pay you. But lets put that aside. I am assuming you will be setting up the essentials for the server and maybe even a website, which is hard work i know, but how about we come at this from a different approach. You have confidence in your skills to make this server right? Well then instead of going through the trust issues and the fact you may get scammed how about you just turn this business venture into a partnership. You decide to co own the server with this person and you guys set up special classes, ranks, and donations. Then you can split the donations. You can go 50/50, 60/40, however. But this should work better because if you truly did your job, you will get paid more in the end. Hope this helped you.

P.S. If you still really want to get paid just have the owner give you like a small down payment to show that they are serious. This way equal contribution has been shown and then you can both split the donations evenly.

Subscribers all the way. Exp is nice but i mean i would rather have more people see my work then just get a virtual level. And if you work right, the more subs you revice will contribute to getting you more exp. So i mean subs is a win win....
