A friend of mine purchased gamepass, and has been playing Minecraft Java Edition on a realm we share. Recently, they were kicked out of their account, and only able to "PLAY DEMO". They repurchased Xbox gamepass, however they're now on a new account associated with their email. To clarify, their previous account that they used on gamepass was also linked to that email. So there are two separate Java accounts linked to one email, and they're unable to log into the other account, which is the one they've used on our realm. We've tried contacting Mojang support, however due to purchasing it on gamepass, they don't have a transaction ID which is needed to do so. We're also unable to reset the password, as the email is not sending, despite the fact that their email is verified (Checked spam/junk etc.) Is there any way to log into the other account so they don't have to restart from scratch on our realm?
