PMC/Workshop Making Free Skins For YOU!

Hello, if it's not too much to ask, I'd want my skin to look as a character I've made, a while back, I can draw quite well, but can't make Minecraft skins for shit looked that the ones you've made, and they look really nice, would be really happy if I could get something that looked closely to what I've filled in;
-Gender: Male
-Hair Color: Brown
-Eye Color: Green
-Skin Color: Beige/Pink, dunno exactly, like in the picture
-Style (Steve (4 Pixel arm), Alex (3 Pixel Arm): Alex
-Clothing: http://i.imgur.com/PnH5fLU.jpg <-- can't really describe the clothing in a good way, but like that.
-Image (Please provide one or describe your skin specifically):

5. Any forms of previous experience: I was Administrator on a server, and Moderator on a few other servers, so Yes.

Why am i applying and why should you accept my application: I am applying because I want to help with anything like annoying players being knuckleheads, to any problem with the server, and i can help with advertising the server more, and i can really help this "small" server grow to be more than it already is, And you should accept my application because i have 4 and a half years experience with Minecraft, and anything Minecraft related, and i can respect those above and lower than me.
