Discord I see an all-in-one voice and text chat for gamers that's free, secure, and works on both your desktop and phone.
You'd need to download it and create a profile the new send me your username which looks somewhat like:
Bobby#9747
The only difference being is that it's you're usersame and you will have your own unique number.

KHi there, I'm glad that you're willing to help and I completely understand that you are shy, that I see no problem. Discord itself is a bit necessary as it'll be the primary way for staff to communicate with either as well as post player reports. You don't necessarily need to speak but I do recommend getting Discord as it's a great app overall.
