Would like it so, When you kill the ender dragon, and you get the ender egg, that you can look after the egg, and then eventually it hatches into a little baby ender dragon, which, at the start, just sits on it's ass all the time, and does nothing. But, if you feed it enough, it will eventually start to follow you around, and fight for you. And when you feed it more, it grows a little, and starts to scale mountains easier, and you can ride it. And then, eventually, when you have fed it like... 1000 Cooked Pork in total? It will have grown to a full ender dragon, and will fly, while you ride it's back.
P.S. you might have thought 1000 Pork seems a little much, but to fly around in minecraft, and like, make huge holes through mountains just by riding through them, is worth the price.
