My application was one of the accepted ones and I see a lot of applications being declined for various reasons.
Some tips I have for you all is to really read through the original post first, see what the owner is looking for and really work with what he needs. Also, come onto the server just to say hi, don't ask anything about the application stuff because that's the last thing owners want to hear, just say hi and have a casual conversation. Don't half a** an application, put in details, make sure you proofread it before posting, check for grammar, punctuation, spelling, any more details you can add and things like that. And lastly, make it fun to read, add some color or something to make it stand out from the rest, nothing too flashy like bright neon colors, just some italicized or bold text here and there, maybe a nice pastel blue here and there.
You can't just answer a couple questions and expect a rank, that is just wasting everyone's time, put that extra bit of time and effort into reading the prerequisites and putting more detail into your application and you may surprised at the results.

That's my little tip for y'all, happy applying!

Not to put you down or anything, but the thread does note that there is an age requirement of fourteen years old and up.

Application for the rank of 'Helper'

    1.) Real name: Lucas

    2.) Age: 16

    2.) Skype: -snip-

    3.) IGN: Ga55246

4.) How important is this to you? Because I enjoy helping server owners out and helping the players along with it. It is sort of sentimental to me as I love helping people as a trait of mine.

5.) How many hours are you willing to dedicate? I am positive I can do the minimum of three hours a day at least. But during this week and next it'll be more and I can do late night shifts too.

6.) How can we trust that you’re going to be a dedicated and trustful staff member? You're just going to have to believe me when I say, I'm old enough to the point where I am mentally capable of peacefully resigning when I'm done rather than griefing and doing whatever else people do these days. I am simply an honest and humble individual.

7.) Any past experience in this field or something similar? Almost too much, really. I refuse to be staff on most servers as I never feel like it's truly a team, I enjoy being part of a friendly and connected team. Communication is key when it comes to being a staff member. I've owned my own servers and I leave a long trail behind me of servers I've helped with and been staff on.

8.) Describe your personality to us? Though I'm being formal now, as I should during an application, I'm a real comic, I enjoy to make people laugh. Though of course I know when to be silly and when to be serious. Which is something I believe is very useful from my experience being staff.

9.) Why should we pick you? If anything, because I am capable of doing the job efficiently and the way it was meant to be done. I will listen and do exactly as I'm told. I will go out of my way to help with the server if necessary.

9.) Anything else you would like to add? I'd like to just thank you for taking the time out of your day to go through my application and consider me for the position. Happy holidays!

Coming in for the daily bump, for the record, if you come on the server and ask for staff you will be blacklisted from ever applying.

Rank: Owner, though wherever you have an open spot is fine.

Experience: Numerous servers, I can honestly say that I have lost count at this point, though I can think of about 10-15 servers I've been staff on off the top of my head.

    Maturity level 1-10: 9

Reason to be staff: The only reason why anyone should want to be staff, to help the main server owner out and do whatever task is requested.

Why should I employ you: Because of my characteristics as a player and as a staff member, honesty, loyalty, and friendliness are things I can guarantee I will bring with me onto your server.

What do you bring to the table that nobody else does: I guarantee I am the only TRULY trustworthy staff member you will have.

    Age: 16
Instagram: Kik: Email: Too personal, if you want to talk on Skype, we can do that, otherwise my IG, Kik and E-mail are for IRL purposes only.

Ideas for the server: This can be discussed post-application I believe.

Specialties: Being active, and very friendly to users, I am great at resolving conflict.

Most of the time this is the teachers fault for not being stern enough in the beginning of the year when they really need to make their impression. And I don't mean really mean, or to the point of rude, because we've all had our share of those teachers, just stern. More strict upon their rules perhaps. Or be a really nice teacher, that is the teacher that has it good both ways, she gets to go home at the end of the day knowing all her students like her, and the students will listen to the nice teacher. I have one teacher like this, and everyone listens to her, she gives us no reason not to listen to her, cause you can't just be rude to somebody who is overly nice. I suppose "kill em' with kindness" is the moral of this story.

The person and the wolf look fine I suppose, but I would fix the lighting, text, and texture of the block he is sitting on.

Not quite, I assume if implemented, this would include an enable button. A person not being able to view anything because of bandwidth vs. a bit of money spent on a banner, which most people use templates anyways, is being a bit unfair. There will still be people with bandwidth able to view the banners too, it isn't everyone.

It would be more efficient not to have everyone on PMC have to install Adblock, would it not? Also that doesn't go well:
