An urban tech city dweller's worst nightmare. Originally designed to hunt down criminals on the run, it uses fangs designed to jab at its victims and get in their way. Their engines get them quickly to a general area, and they hover above the target using the hover engines. they have now become a story, teaching children to avoid staying up throughout too many nights.
