This illagr would spawn in raids and basically be a support character for the illagers, such as placing blocks that can heal nearby mobs, give them random potion effects, or even fire projectiles at enemies. He would also have the ability to use blocks such as stairs and ladders to cross water or lava, or up a hill to get to the player.
