This is how Witches (generally look like) in my headlore. However, technically speaking, this would actually be a Testificate Witch, as all races can be Witches (Players, Testificates, Farlanders/Endermen, Piglins, Fauns, Fairies, Werefoxes and Werewolves, etc.) A "Witch" simply put is a kind of Spellcaster that can cast spells, utilize the magical and enchanting elements in their brewing and chemistry to create potions and other items. Other Spellcasters include Evokers, who can create drones and spell mutant life-forms (e.g. Vexes) in addition to regular spells, Illusioners hide themselves using their magic and oftentimes create clones of themselves while impairing their victims' vision, Wizards cast spells but also have magic-related superpowers and can enchant their weapons with their natural magic, and Necromancers raise the dead and would be the kind of person who would summon the Wither.

Also in my Headlore, there are much more mobs/living creatures than in the game, and there's no mob vote (all options are now living in the world in peace, Allays, Copper Golems, the Rascal, Icelodgers, and the Great Hunger alike). Probably because better Worldbuilding and the last one as I heavily dislike Mob Votes (I love almost everything else about Minecraft, haha).
