In the world of Villagers, they live a common life of honest work and lack of excitement. Most of them that is.

Once in awhile, some of the population in these villages turn out to be black sheeps, those that don't want to be ordinary. This is the same for a villager who liked magic.

He always wore a bright green hat with a smiley face emblem on the front, and a card on the right side. He would showcase his magical tricks to the children of the villages, but the parents didn't approve of his antics.

In time, the parents of the children grew exhausted of The Magician and so they formed an angry mob and ran him out of town, but not before they beat and humiliated him in front of the kids who found the cruel punishment amusing.

As time passed without the magician, his house burned down and the excitement once again dry...children began going missing from the village.

But, their disappearances were not without evidence. A single amputated finger would lie empty of blood, lying on a card. Every week, a new finger would be discovered, another child missing.

Parents of the missing children and those without, panicked alike. But, no matter the security measures they took, each and every child went missing from the village.

Villagers mourned and wept over their missing kids, day after day until a card arrived at each of their doorsteps, all with a note and skeletal finger that bore bite marks.

The note told them all where to find their children, a cave about a days travel out. In an angry mob again, torches illuminated with golems as sentries, the villagers set out.

They came up on the cave, it appeared as if it hadn't been explored in ages. Vines grew down the entrance, torches burnt out, dust layered the stone floors.

As they delve deeper, they all gasped in shock and terror. Their children, nothing but skeletons deprived of anything flesh. They cried and wept until their eyes burned and lungs stung, further inspection showed that all the skeletons also bore lacerations and bite marks, as if someone tentatively ate them body part by body part.

A card lay still on a table with utensils, sprinkled with dust and old rotted pieces of human viscera. On the card it said, "I made them disappear, but this magic trick is permanent".

The magician hasn't been seen since, but every once in awhile, children of villagers claim to see a man dressed like a magician, trying to coax the minors to follow him into the forests. Some follow, and they don't come back...
