Greetings, fellow Minecrafters! 33kingkiller (me, aka NerdByFate) and hayhay01em03 have "come back from the grave" to give you guys a new mod! This one is called the "Final Smash Mod." This mod adds a few "Final Smashes" from the video game series "Super Smash Bros." into the game! This mod is a "Work in Progress," so there will be more Final Smashes in the future, and the functionality will, in general, be improved. The following is a list of Final Smashes currently in the game:

If you want to use this mod with any of my other mods, be sure to delete the "33kingkillersModCore" directory from each .zip and/or .jar until only one mod still has this directory.

I have updated the mod in order for it to work with the newer versions of Forge (actually, it turns out that it already did. Oh well, you can see this as a renewal)! Here is the change log:

-Recompiled with the latest version of Forge.
-Particle effects code and idea has been scrapped.
-Master Sword model has been updated to accommodate for third person view point and other players' view point.
-Falchion model has been updated to accommodate for third person view point and other players' view point.
-GitHub repository has been updated.

You get the items from killing smash cubes which can be found randomly (at the moment, however, they are quite rare and you are unlikely to find one even after hours of searching; this is due to change) in the overworld.

Unfortunately, "Falcon Punch" is not a final smash; however, I may add it in as an alternate if the player wishes to use it instead. ;)

Actually, I just realized that you were using the 1.7.10 version. Unfortunately, I am no longer supporting any version pre 1.8, but there are some troubleshooting tips out there for mod incompatibility, if that is the issue. Sorry for the inconvenience. :(

Due to the fact that I haven't updated the source code of the mod in while (since it is on hiatus while I work on another project), the mod doesn't work with the newer versions of Forge. Try one made at least four months back, and if it doesn't work, try 11.14.2.1440.

Just to clarify, the next update will probably be released once FML is released for 1.9. ;) I've been working on a large-scale project, and its currently consuming most of my time.

So, the mod is currently on a bit of a hiatus. Do not fear, I will continue development of the mod as soon as I have the time. I have recently been given the opportunity to learn C++ to its fullest extent, and I have made the decision to take time off the mod to do that. ;)

On another note, I have been informed that the Smash Cubes are not spawing in the world. This information is false, they are spawning. Only... one problem... I may have added an extra zero to their rarity, causing them to be SUPER rare. This willl be fixed in the next update.

You know guys, I came back to this page after a week of nothing but the Witcher 3 (because that game is soooooooooooooooo addicting) expecting this to be a big flop. I am overwhelmed by what I found instead. I can't thank you guys enough. Next thing to add is particle effects (may be scrapped till later, to add some sort of animation to the final smashes), so be expecting it soon. ;)

hmmmm, i have some ideas for this... simply add things like the master sword and mega buster as items, and you right-click to activate smash balls, and you get a different smash depending on what you're holding when you right click,  (you can hold anything and rightclick to use smash ball) like a super-powerful arrow for zelda's bow, a giant laser for megaman's buster, rapid slashes that always cause criticals for the master sword, and a palutena summon for pit's bow, sound cool?

I might have to do it a bit differently than that (as the smash ball is an entity, not an item), but it sounds pretty cool. The master sword and mega buster, however, are already in as items ;).

ah. well, just make it so you have to smash da ball instead of right-clicking. easy. and i dont just mean mega buster and master sword, i mean al the items. just as items you can craft. and you HAVE to be using those to break smash balls.
