Better Player Model

Play as any character using custom 3D models and animations that fully synchronize between players in multiplayer! Better Player Model is a Fabric mod that introduces support for animated custom player models. It features full compatibility with Blockbench and YSM models, the MoLang animation system, an intuitive in-game model manager, and seamless server-side synchronization.

Multiplayer Mechanics

• Client-Only: If the mod is installed only on your client, you can still use your custom models on any server (visible only to you).
  
• Server-Side: If the mod or plugin is also installed on the server, all other players with the mod will see your custom models and animations in real-time.
  
• Includes automatic content synchronization between the client and the server backend.
  

Where to Get Models?

You can find a massive library of ready-to-use character models in the community repository. Just download them and drop them into your config folder!

For Server Admins

You can find our official Paper/Purpur plugin to sync models without server-side mods right under the Versions tab on modrinth!
