Biomes Dimensions is a mod that adds dimensions in which you will find biomes of the corresponding classifications, if it is the dimension of the forest there will be several types of forest, to create the portals you only have to make the same structure as the portal to the nether but with the corresponding blocks (you can see them in the images) together with the igniter crafting
