Welcome to this tool-based mod! This mod adds many features like: Copper tools + armour, Emerald tools + armour, Rubies, structures, materials like steel and gold bars, if you want a list of all features, see below (These are only the features in the first version, check changelog for new stuff) :

Copper and Emerald tools and armour,
Ruby ore, tools and armour,

Lightspeed potion that gives superspeed, haste 2, speed 3 and jump boost 1,
A new music disc in form of a cassette tape,
A new food called mashed potato,
New advancements,
New materials like cement which can be used to make concrete and asphalt,
