BLIZZARD MOD 1.2.5 [W.I.P]

This mod is a work in progress and more will be coming so please comment on constructive thoughts, If you comment something inappropriate it will be removed immediately!
INTRODUCTION <>*
This mod adds a new biome called Ice Cliffs, The top block for the Biome is the snow block and the 2 Block Down is the Ice Block. I will be adding generated structures to the biome soon.
TOOLS <>*
Ice - Ice tools are the strength of iron and deal the same amount of damage as iron. Because you cannot collect ice in survival mode i added a mob that drops ice. To craft these ice tools you require an ice pole and ice blocks, view recipes ^
ITEMS <>*
Ice Pole - The ice pole is required to make the set of ice tools, you craft it using 3 ice blocks, view recipes ^
CREATURES <>*
Ice Troll - The Ice Troll has 25 hearts and deals 4 hearts each hit! He spawns at night but does not die in sunlight. He drops 2 ice blocks on occasions.
INSTALLATION:
This mod requires modloader to work: http://www.minecraftforum.net/topic/75440-v125-risugamis-mods-everything-updated/ I also recomend Recipe Book Mod:http://www.minecraftmine.org/recipe-book-mod/
1. Download modloader + This mod.
2. Press Start and type in your search bar " %appdata% " and open the folder called roaming.
3. Open the folder called ".minecraft" then go into the folder "Bin".
4. Right click the minecraft.jar file and open in with WINRAR or 7Zip.
5. Delete the folder called META-INF inside the minecraft.jar file.
6. Open up modloader with WINRAR and drag the entire contents into the minecraft.jar file.
7. Now close modloader and open up Blizzard mod with WINRAR. Inside their should be a folder called BlizzardV1, Open that and drag the entire contents including the folder called "Blizzard" into the minecraft.jar file.
8. Now close everything and run minecraft!
