ServerDown V 2.5 - Now With Menu And Commands!

So.

Every now and then your server has this massive meltdown, something has gone horribly wrong or just wrong and you need players off your server. however whitelisting is irratating and has bugs in current versions.

May I introduce to you:
    
        ServerDown.

ServerDown allows you to shut the server down from normal players and only let listed people on.

With one simple command.

Version 2.0 Changes::

- Added Inventory Menus
- Changed Colour Scheme
- Made Code Cleaner
- Converted From one time project to full project.
- Now kicks players who aren't on the list instead of everyone when Shutdown mode is activated.

Version 2.5 Changes::

- Added Command /serverdown add <player>
- Added Command /serverdown remove <player>

Version 2.55 Changes::
- Added Command /serverdown help
- Compartmentalized The Code

This is great! As a developer and a server owner, this has always been a problem for me. I have never been able to test my plugins without enabling my whitelist, but you can do this in game!

This is really amazing, there are a few things I believe could be added to make this even better than it already is!
  1. Add Allowed Players (maybe /ServerDown add <username>) and on the GUI

  2. Remove Allowed Players (maybe /ServerDown remove <username>) and on the GUI
  3. Edit Maintenance Message (maybe /ServerDown edit <message>) and on the GUI
Also, does this work with name changes (accepting UUID's)

And the people that are on the list are on the list, when your name is changed you will have to change it in the config, however that shouldn't be too hard.
