[Bukkit] Throwable fireballs

This is just a bukkit plugin that will let you throw fireballs like snowballs by right click. The fireball will explode when it hits target and cause fire.

Commands:
/fireball [player] shoot a normal fireball
/ghastball [player] shoot a ghast ball
