Fixes the incredible injustice that is charcoal not having a block of it's own!

Adds a charcoal block to the game, it can be crafted by using a 9x9 square of charcoal in the crafting table,

Charcoal Block crafting

It can also be used as a fuel and a storage block, crafted into charcoal, just like the coal block!
