This lightweight plugin is an easy to use chest regeneration plugin. It also includes features to create infinite dispensers and chests specific to players. It is setup to use database(fast) and yml storage. Read more on the page.

Check the official page and fill out a ticket with as much info as possible. It is most likely and issue with your server configuration. My plugin is fully tested each update.
