Does it just fill chat?
I don't like things that fill chat with empty space.
I'd just let it clear xd

I recomend you stop watching TheBcBroz, 


Notes about your code: 


1. follow naming conventions
2. use loops, they where made for a reason
3. No need for enable/disable messages, bukkit does it for you. 
4. So far you only clean the chat for the sender of the command not the rest of the players. 
5. dont use the command label, use Command#getName();

Please fix the above.
