A port of Cobblemon; an open-source Pokémon mod for Minecraft Java Edition.

What's included so far:
- Pokemon animations, models, and textures from Cobblemon.
- Spawn egg textures from PokemonDB.
- Animation controllers, entity behavior, and entity client files generated by a script.
- Evolve Pokemon using Rotten Flesh.

Known Issues:
- Typos in source cause some assets to not be found.
- Pokemon with multiple models will have none.
- Overlapping textures flash.

To Do:
- Almost everything else.

Made with version 1.20.51.

Re-generated Add-on based on the latest code. I submitted an issue on GitLab for incorrectly named directories. Now that is fixed I was able to remove my hardcoded fixes for the problem.

You'll need animation controllers for the animations and reference them in the entity resource file. I scripted this in Python so it should be easy to read and follow along. https://github.com/kirbycope/cobblemon-bedrock/blob/main/port.py.
Please note that I only did the basic animations; idle, moving, sleeping, and fainting. There are more animations but I only scripted the one all Pokemon had. If I were to do it again I might scan the animations and add each to the controller for each Pokemon.

You says that the addon is 10%completed. So are u still working on it? Is been 3 months since you last updated. BTW I'm fixing all the animation error from the addon. And they rarely move , they just sitting there. And fainting and sleeping animations don't work. I don't know how to fix that. I just got interested in making add-ons so I'm still learning. Unfortunately there is no one that can teach me 😮‍💨

Nope, they are available in the Creative menu. I didn't get that far into development.

Only part of it. I wrote a script to port it from Java and only got the animations and entities done.
