Well, all farming related items are useless, as something already serves the same purpose. Same with Redstone Dust and Tripwire. The Monster Spawners are only Pigs, the Piston Head does nothing, and there still isn't a Dragon Egg. But otherwise, nice mod.

it allows no collectable items to be goten in creative such as the end portal block

Ah, ok. Although, you can click the 3rd mouse button (the scroll wheel) to while looking at those items to send them into your hotbar. Just saying.
