I decided to make a mod that adds more 'decorative' blocks and just the bare necessities that Minecraft needs and did not quite get 100% correct. Please note that this is a Work in Progress mod so don't complain if there are very many bugs in the mod.

I'm not one to try to be a dick, but the diamond/iron block looks dreadful...

By the end result it will be taken out, it was more of a test, I might change the texture or I'll probably make it an item that you can smelt into diamonds.
