This plugin is a very simple one: change a player or group's chat color. This uses the same color scheme and permissions as my plugin LoginMessage+. It is also implemented in LoginMessage+, so if you want all of that, go download it there.

Groups and permissions.
permissions are chatcolor.
Groups:
owner (op)
coowner
admin
headadmin
mod

member

No, it does not do colored signs, sorry. I may try to add that in later versions.
