Its HERE! The universal+ mod adds tons of NEW items into minecraft INCLUDING:
PLASMANITE, Plasmanite TOOLS, NEW ORES, NEW MOBS, UNIQUE BLOCKS WITH PARTICLE EFFECTS AND MORE!!!!
This mod is probably one of my best so far especially because it is forge compatible!

Features:
Floating eye throws poison and damage potions much like the witch.
Plasmanite tools are more powerful than diamond
Eskimo's have custom sounds and move faster than most mobs
Plasmanite Blocks and ores have a pretty particle effect to them

INSTALLATION:
Follow the readme file included in the .zip
MINECRAFT FORGE MUST be installed for the mod to run correctly!
