Gemmary

Gems

• As of 7.27.2016, there are 8 gems.
  
• Amethyst, Corundum, Ruby, Sapphire, Talc, Tanzanite, Topaz, and Turquoise.
  
• Sapphire and Ruby are made from Corundum
  
• Each gem can be found between y0 and y32
  
• Talc can be found wherever sand is naturally generated
  
• Dusty gems are dropped by the ores, can be cleaned by a cloth
  

Armor

• Each gem has armor, except for corundum
  
• Armor is durability is based on the hardness of the Gem
  
• Armor is crafted with vanilla recipes of each gem
  

Atoms and Alloys

• Enlarged atoms to help with semi-realistic gem creation
  
• Corundum can be mixed with Chromium, then compressed to make Ruby
  
• Corundum can be mixed with Iron, then compressed to make Sapphire
  
• Carbon can be compressed to make a diamond part
  
• Atoms can be extracted from the world with an Atom Gatherer
  

Other Items

• Cloth: Used to dust off gems, and make them shiny again
  
• Recipe Book: Work in progress, shows all useful recipes (Use Just Enough Items for now)
  
• Heated Water Container: Used in the Hydro-thermal Vein as a 100% fuel source

• Used mainly for decoration
  
• Can also be used for beacon bases
  
• Crafted with 9 gems
  
• Seamless texture
  

Machines

• Compressor: Compresses items into a new form, Coal Blocks can be made into a diamond
  
• Ultra Compressor: Faster version of the compressor, 30 times faster
  
• Atom Gatherer: Gathers atoms from the world when right clicked
  
• Automatic Atom Gatherer: Gathers atoms automatically from the world, drops are configurable
  
• Hydrothermal Vein: adds heated water to atoms. beryllium can be made into emerald pieces
  

Other Blocks

• Crystals: Crystalized form of a gem, drop up to 4 of that gem
  
• Chalk: 1 of each color is planned, used to draw in the ground
  
• Diamond TNT: TNT with a configurable explosion size
