This is an exciting new mod adding many new things to Minecraft.
Things added in V 1.0
Amethyst ore drops Amethyst gems
Tigereye ore drops Tigereye gems
Kryptonite ore drops Kryptonite gems
Kryptonite now has a smelting capacity of 12 (4 more than coal)
Amethyst is now used in craftable items
Amethyst Tools added
Sword; does 8 damage and is crafted the same way as a normal sword
Pickaxe; mines slightly faster than diamond and is more durable
Shovel; digs slightly faster than a diamond shovel is more durable
Axe; chops slightly faster than a diamond axe and is more durable
Tigereye uses
Well, right now your thinking what on earth can tigereye possibly do? Well it can be crafted into a fire sceptre which shoots blaze fireballs.
Generation of the ores
Amethyst; is rarer than diamonds and is used in crafting many tools. Mining it requires an iron or diamond pickaxe
Tigereye; is the rarest ore in the game as the sceptre it creates is an epic weapon. Mining it requires a diamond pickaxe
Kryptonite; is as common as iron and is much more efficient as a fuel then coal.
Mobs this adds (aren't added yet because of ModLoader
Anubi; are Egyptian mythological creatures capable of jumping at the player from great lengths, this mob has a high damage rate and a decent amount of health.
Mummys; are a mob that will attack with an incredible amount of resilience, so to keep in with the mythology of it, these creatures have a small amount of health but have large attack power.
The mod will be released when the progress is over 50%
I need a name for this mod, please make the name themed and credit will go to you. My co-workers and I will decide the winner.
Note; the download is only a .png file as the mod is still being coded/bug-tested
